Nearly a decade after one of The Big Bang Theory’s most iconic episodes aired, Wil Wheaton is sharing heartfelt memories from the set — and fans are loving every second of it.
The actor recently reflected on filming Sheldon and Amy’s wedding episode alongside Star Wars legend Mark Hamill, calling the experience unforgettable. Sharing throwback photos online, Wheaton described Hamill as “one of the kindest people you will ever meet.”
The Season 11 finale became a fan-favorite largely thanks to Hamill’s surprise appearance as the wedding officiant. But according to Wheaton, the real magic happened behind the camera.
“Everyone on Stage 25 was just as geeked out as the audience,” Wheaton revealed, explaining that cast and crew members were thrilled simply to be around the Hollywood icon.
