Plot Summary
It is 2026, and New York City belongs to a new generation. Emma Geller-Greene, a budding fashion executive, and Jack Bing, an aspiring (and slightly neurotic) writer, decide to share an apartment in Brooklyn to save on rent.
They are joined by Erica Bing, who is pursuing a career in professional dance, and a cast of new friends who frequent a modern, revamped version of Central Perk. While the “Original Six” make occasional cameo appearances as the mentors and parents, the show focuses on how friendship looks in the digital age—navigating dating apps, remote work, and the chaotic energy of NYC in the mid-2020s.
