After years of following the rules, Torres may finally be embracing the darker side of justice.
That became clear during NCIS’ intense Season 23 penultimate episode, which ended with a heavily implied Gibbs-assisted revenge mission tied to Director Vance’s death.
Though Mark Harmon never appeared, fans immediately recognized Gibbs’ fingerprints all over Rogers’ shocking fate.
And according to Wilmer Valderrama, Torres respected the decision completely.
“I think Torres was thrilled,” the actor admitted.
Valderrama revealed that Torres has spent years battling frustration over NCIS restrictions and procedures. Seeing justice carried out outside official channels felt deeply personal for the character.
Even more revealing, the actor confessed Torres himself nearly pulled the trigger earlier in the episode when he cornered Rogers.
“Justice at all costs necessary is really who he is,” Valderrama explained.
Now, with Season 24 ahead, the actor promises viewers will see Torres pushed even further emotionally and morally.
