From partners to one of television’s most beloved couples, Kensi and Deeks’ relationship was years in the making—and Daniela Ruah says it always felt right.
Reflecting on the characters during the Partners & Probies podcast, Ruah described their romance as a “very natural progression,” crediting her strong on-screen chemistry with Eric Christian Olsen.
Looking ahead, she imagines the couple continuing their work while raising a child—possibly a daughter.
Ruah has already revisited Kensi in NCIS’ milestone 1000th episode and says she would happily return again, keeping the character alive within the expanding franchise.
