It marked the sixth episode of Season 2 and centered on Will (Ramon Rodirguez) and the younger brother of the deceased Lucy Morales (Raiany Silva).
Antonio Miranda (John Ortiz) confided in Will that Lucy was his sister.
The pair also learned that they share dyslexia in common (Will’s nephew has it) as they enjoyed a meal of shrimp tacos together.
The episode acted as a vehicle to get John established as Antonio, as he will likely be a recurring character going forward.
‘HOW DARE YOU’
Will Trent fans slammed ABC for keeping the next episode away from them for nearly a month.
“My favourite episode so far this season #WillTrent now we have to wait another 3 weeks for the next episode,” wrote one.
“THREE WEEKS! but how gorgeous does Will and Faith look #WillTrent,” commented another.
“making us wait 3 weeks especially when the next ep looks so good, how very dare. also this week’s ep was great, lamented a third.
The main reason for their frustration was that they had been hooked on the most recent installment.
They felt it was going to be too difficult of a wait after seeing the latest episode’s events play out.
Others were incredulous about the “3 week” number, as they felt it was too long between episodes.
“Oh my gosh why 3 weeks”
“Another 3 week break?!”
“We have to wait 3 more weeks for a new #WillTrent? SMH.”
“But…3 weeks?! Nooooo.”
“Not a 3 week break!”
“Wow! Got to wait 3 weeks till next episode! And Will Trent and Faith are gonna be looking hot!”
“THREE WEEK HIATUS?”
“Three weeks?!?!?!”
