Hosts Gordon Ramsay and Janine Allis have chosen their teams. The two teams must now battle it out through a series of “cut-throat” challenges designed to test their creativity, business savviness and team work.
After each challenge, the loosing team will face the grilling. One person from that team will be eliminated until only two remain and are crowned Australia’s first Food Stars!
Let’s take a look at which contestants have been eliminated:
Episode 7: Sina, Julie, Ethan and Pia
Ethan, Sina, Julie and Pia were just one challenge away from the Food Stars Grand Finale.
But in the biggest elimination this season, all four stars were sent home. With them, their dreams of winning a $250,000 investment and life-changing mentorship.

Episode 6: Catherine
Catherine wowed the crowd with her revolutionary coffee cup idea, but after failing to step up, she was sent home packing.
“You never quite took the lead in this challenge or other challenges,” said Janine Allis frankly.

Episode 5: Ash and Karen
Ash and Karen gave it their all while on Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars, but it just wasn’t enough for Janine Allis to invest in.
Ash was sent home following his team’s loss on the Cadbury challenge, before it was Karen’s turn to face the firing line once again.

Episode 4: Danny
Danny was dubbed the “dog food guy” following his impressive pitch on Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars. After earning a spot on Team Janine, he’s proven to be so much more with his creativity and bright ideas.
Danny helped secure Team Janine’s first win, but it was his disastrous planning in the latest challenge that saw his food dreams come crashing down.

Episode 3: Christiana
