Where Are They Now? Catching Up with The Golden Bachelor & Bachelorette’s Most Memorable Contestants

Guy revealed in April 2025 that he had “found my person” in Johanna Boston.Several contestants from The Golden Bachelor and The Golden Bachelorette have captured the hearts of Bachelor Nation and become another generation of memorable faces from the franchise.

After not finding The One in OG Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner, Joan Vassos was crowned the next lead of the series and ultimately got her happily ever after with Chock Chapple. As Joan entered the new chapter of her life, she also played matchmaker with the casts of The Golden Bachelor and her season of The Golden Bachelorette.

“I’ve already set three of them up — we have love connections that are brewing right now. And I have two more that I’m looking at and working on,” Joan exclusively shared in November 2024 as part of Us Weekly’s cover story. “We have to see how that is going to unfold. There are already five guys from this season [now] involved with somebody. They came off of this and they were popular guys, and I’m not surprised that some of them have girlfriends already!”

Scroll down to see where the most memorable suitors are now:

Theresa Nist

Theresa accepted a proposal from Gerry during The Golden Bachelor season 1 finale and the pair tied the knot two months later during a live televised special. Theresa lives in New Jersey and still works as TFS Financial Services, Inc.

Leslie, the runner-up on Gerry’s season, supported her ex and Theresa at ABC’s The Golden Wedding. Nearly one year later, she posed for a picture with The Golden Bachelorette season 1 contestant Jordan Heller at the Los Angeles Football Club — but later claimed they were “not dating.” She later admitted that they were “texting a little bit.” In March 2025, Leslie was announced as one of the contestants on the first-ever Golden Bachelor in Paradise.

Joan Vassos

After self-eliminated during Gerry’s season to take care of her daughter, Joan became the first lead of The Golden Bachelorette. She ultimately accepted a proposal from Chock, and the pair shared with Us that they were apartment hunting in New York City after the finale.

Charles Ling

Fan-favorite Charles L. did not find The One in Joan, but got closure following the death of his late wife. He later told Us he would “maybe” be open to being the lead of The Golden Bachelor season 2.

Jonathan Rone

After Joan sent Jonathan packing on The Golden Bachelorette season 1, he revealed at Men Tell All in November 2024 that he had moved on with a new girlfriend. Days later, he posted several snaps with his beau named Michelle Zimmerman, whom he said he’s “loving loving.” Jonathan revealed in February 2025 that he and Michelle had called it quits.

Mark Anderson

Mark may not have found his happily ever after with Joan on The Golden Bachelorette season 1, but he has since pursued a relationship with One Tree Hill’s Barbara Alyn Woods. He also supported daughter Kelsey Anderson’s fiancé, Joey Graziadei, amid his stint on Dancing With the Stars season 33 in fall 2024 — which Joey won.

Guy Gansert

After Guy’s emotional departure during The Golden Bachelorette season 1 finale, the runner-up reunited with Joan at After the Final Rose where she suggested they go on double-dates in the future. Guy revealed in April 2025 that he had “found my person” in Johanna Boston.

While the season aired in fall 2024, news broke that Guy’s ex-wife had filed for a temporary protective order against him in 2021, but the request was dismissed. While addressing the filing, Guy said in an October 2024 Instagram post that he and his ex-wife have resolved their issues.

Gary Levingston

Tina Turner’s godson left The Golden Bachelorette season 1 single, but told Us in November 2024 that he would be open to appearing on a Golden version of Bachelor in Paradise. Gary was revealed as one of the contestants in the Golden spinoff of Bachelor in Paradise in March 2025.

Jordan Heller

After Jordan was eliminated after hometowns on The Golden Bachelorette, he sparked romance rumors with Leslie.

Jack Lencioni

Jack may have left The Golden Bachelorette season 1 early into the season, but he made an impact on the show with his grilling and upbeat personality. He was spotted sitting beside Susan at The Golden Bachelorette After the Final Rose in November 2024.
