This is likely all linked to the way Powell reacted when Vo took their breakup so easily. She was hurt and shocked, but she hasn’t fought for him to stay with her. That probably wasn’t the reaction he hoped for, and now he’s hurt that she doesn’t care that deeply for him.
The synopsis also tells us about the case. The team is headed to Bulgaria for a wanted criminal who is exploiting underage American girls. Oh yeah, we all want the Fly Team to get this guy.
