The SEAL Team series finale will rock the 2024 TV schedule, and it’s still hard to believe it’s over. After seven seasons, the military drama ended on October 6, and while fans have known about it for almost a year now, with the finale officially canceled, there’s no denying the fact anymore. However, David Boreanaz is ready to call it a day, and he shared a message for fans along with some hilarious photos to bid Bravo 1 farewell. Boreanaz previously shared the final footage of SEAL Team and has shared more than a few emotional messages with fans in anticipation of the finale. With the finale now out, the actor took to Instagram to share a sweet message with his followers, thanking them and saying he’ll see them soon. Along with the message, he posted a few photos from what appears to be the exact moment filming ended, complete with champagne and smiles that stretched a mile: While there may have been tears that stretched a mile, considering how much the cast and crew loved each other, it was interesting to see how the cast and crew celebrated when filming officially ended on the final episode. While it was probably a very difficult day to get through, knowing that once the cameras stopped rolling for good, it meant the end of Bravo’s current television dynasty.
The end of a career might send many people running for the door, but that wasn’t the case with this group. Fans could see how much the show meant to everyone, and all the celebrations probably helped quell the bitter feelings, at least for a little while.
Getting into party mode and popping champagne also pairs well with the fact that SEAL Team actually ended on a high note. Fans may have had to say goodbye to Bravo 1, but Jason Hayes didn’t suffer the same fate as Curtis Ross, the trainer he was tasked with killing, who was ultimately killed by the rookie Drew. Jason was able to walk his daughter down the aisle and even stay with Bravo. While some of the team members have gone their separate ways, there’s still plenty to celebrate. When it was announced that SEAL Team would be ending, the final season seemed like a long way off, even though production had already begun on Season 7. The final season was a huge hit when it was streamed to Paramount+ subscribers when it debuted in August, and it proved to be one of Paramount+’s best originals.
The emotions were high throughout SEAL Team’s final season. Since the show ended on a great note and nothing too tragic happened, it wasn’t a bad way to say goodbye to Bravo 1 and the rest of the team. Plus, one can always hope that SEAL Team could continue in the future as another show, but for now, fans will just have to rewatch the series and relive Bravo’s ups and downs to feel like SEAL Team is never going away.
