Netflix has officially confirmed that Virgin River Season 7 won’t arrive until 2026, asking fans to wait a little longer to return to the small town they love.
According to cast member Ben Hollingsworth (Brady), the new season is aiming for March 2026, though Netflix hasn’t announced an exact premiere date yet. Filming wrapped in June 2025, leaving a longer gap for post-production and scheduling within Netflix’s crowded release calendar.
Season 7 will explore Mel and Jack’s married life, with challenges coming from outside their relationship rather than between them. Several familiar faces will return, alongside new characters played by Sara Canning and Cody Kearsley.
With Season 8 already confirmed, Virgin River isn’t ending anytime soon — it’s simply moving quietly toward its next reveal.
