Joan Vassos’ journey on The Golden Bachelorette takes a dramatic turn after Gerry Turner visits the show, leaving Vassos in tears.
After his unfulfilling love story with Theresa Nist on The Golden Bachelor, Gerry Turner visited The Golden Bachelorette star Joan Vassos. As is the norm, Turner gave some ‘love’ advice to the school administrator from Maryland. However, there is trouble in the Bachelorette paradise as per the newest teaser released.
As per the teaser, which shows the next episode’s preview, Vassos seems to have lost all hope of finding love again and might even quit.
Things Turn Ugly for Joan Vassos After Gerry Turner’s Visit
Things at The Golden Bachelorette seem to have taken a turn for the worse. Starring The Golden Bachelor contestant Joan Vassos as the lead, the Maryland resident has so far sent 13 men home, with 11 still remaining, hopeful of finding love again.
The Bachelor Nation recently released a teaser for the upcoming episode, showing Vassos full of hope after spending time with several contestants on the show. However, by the end, Chock Chapple declares he’s done trying to keep his end of the bargain by declaring,
This is a fear of mine. I don’t know if I can do this. I just want you to know I’m going to leave.
After telling all the men the above statement, he then goes to the golden bachelorette herself and states,
I appreciate you more than you’ll ever know.
But things turn fairly ugly soon since after the confession and more, Vassos can be seen crying and telling the cameras that she wants to leave here alone and that she doesn’t know what she is doing. A shocking turn of events, fans really loved Joan Vassos and Chock Chapple together.
Joan Vassos and Chock Chapple Had Great Chemistry
Since the very start, fans have noticed the undeniable chemistry that Joan Vassos had with The Golden Bachelorette contestant Chock Chapple. Not only has their chemistry been evident since the start, but the two also have led a similar life.
Vassos’ late husband of 32 years passed away three years ago from pancreatic cancer while Chapple’s fiancée passed away from brain cancer two years ago. Having experienced immense and great tragedies, many believe they are perfect for each other, given how they can relate with each other the way no one else can.
While we will have to wait for the next episode to air to see whether or not Chapple changed his mind, there is no denying that Vassos and Chapple seem pretty perfect together. Both equally deserving of finding love again, we hope whatever decision they decide to take turns out to be the best for them.
