FBI: Most Wanted season 6 wrapped up each character’s storyline, giving some better exits as the series drew to a close, but had already offered some disappointing exits earlier in the series’ run. There was widespread speculation that FBI: International‘s ending would include Vo taking over the leadership of the Fly Team. Sadly, the series failed to confirm whether she got her GS-14 designation, making it unclear whether this dream ending came true.

LIke Vo, Raines was left without an ending. However, he was not expected to get a promotion within the Fly Team itself. Still, it was unfair to his character for him to be left in limbo. Raines and Vo were both original team members, so it is ridiculous for their fates to be left up to the audience’s imaginations.
Even if Raines was ultimately going to remain with the Fly Team in his current position, he deserved to have that made explicit. It is especially annoying that a character whom audiences have followed for several years was denied a real ending to his story.
7.Scott Forrester

The Fly Team was originally a close-knit group that was deeply loyal to Forrester, so his exit would have been jarring no matter the reason given for his departure. However, it is unforgivable that Forrester got such an out-of-character exit story.
This exit made no sense and seemed hastily thrown together.
Although Forrester was level-headed and calm, he was said to be missing in action, and it was later revealed he was helping his fugitive mother escape to the United States. Tate got one of the rawest deals in FBI franchise history. She was originally hired as an analyst, but FBI: International season 4 gave her a subplot in which she and Mitchell explored their attraction to each other. However, the relationship angle was dropped as quickly as it was introduced.
