Fans of the Bridgerton series will be excited to know the fourth season date has been announced.

Netflix released a teaser trailer on Monday, Oct. 13 and revealed the Shonda Rhimes series will return in early 2026.

The 44-second spot, which features the show’s signature string soundtrack and the voice of Julie Andrews back as Lady Whistledown, shows Benedict Bridgerton, played by Luke Thompson, brushing hands with a love interest as they pass by one another in a stairwell, both with their eyes obscured for a masquerade ball.

The lady he is passing is Sophie Baek, played by Yerin Ha, an Australian-born actress of Korean descent. She is known for her role as Kwan Ha in the Steven Spielberg-produced “Halo” for two seasons.

‘Bridgerton’ Season 4 release date

The first round of episodes for “Bridgerton” Season 4 will be released on Jan. 29 on Netflix. The final round of episodes will follow on Feb. 26.

According to Netflix, the fourth season will follow Benedict, one of the middle Bridgerton children, who is “loath to settle down.” That is, until “he meets a captivating Lady in Silver at his mother’s masquerade ball.”

Much of the original cast will return, this time in supporting roles, including Jonathan Bailey and Simone Ashley as Anthony Bridgerton and Kate Sharma, as well as Nicola Coughlan as Penelope Featherington and Luke Newton as Colin Bridgerton.

El Paso hosts Bridgerton themed concert by Candlelight

While El Pasoans wait for the return of season four, they can enjoy a Bridgerton-themed concert by Candlelight Dec. 11 and Jan. 22.

The Best of Bridgerton on Strings will be performed by an El Paso string quartet at 6:30 p.m. at the St. Rogers Depot, 420 N Campbell St.

The Candlelight brand is a series of live concerts produced by Fever, featuring local musicians performing in a venue illuminated by thousands of candles, creating a unique, intimate experience.
