Joan did an interview with Fox News, in which she spoke about how her family felt about her deciding to be the lead for The Golden Bachelorette. There Is More Than One

In the premiere episode of Bachelor Nation’s The Golden Bachelorette, Joan gave her first impression rose to Keith Gordon, and she ultimately went on to give him the first kiss of the season. Joan did not have to wait long for that first kiss and her family was probably squirming while the scene unfolded. During her interview, Joan noted that her family watching her more intimate moments with her suitors would be “super embarrassing” for them, but she revealed that she will be doing a lot of kissing this season.

“They’re like, ‘You’re old, you shouldn’t be kissing on TV! It’s gross, Mom!’”

Since Keith got the first rose and kissed, he is most certainly a frontrunner, but after episode 1, Joan now has 18 eligible men to date. Based on the trailer for the season it seems like Mark Anderson, The Bachelor season 28 winner Kelsey Anderson’s dad, will also get far with Joan.
