Leslie’s journey as a contestant on The Golden Bachelor season 1 started off like a dream come true. Though Leslie initially struggled with the pain of Gerry’s ultimate rejection, she has since moved on. In addition to working on growing her career, The Golden Bachelor season 1 contestant has been posting photographs of herself spending time with her family. In June, Leslie posted a photo taken during her son’s recent wedding. In the photo, the joyful mother-of-the-groom wears a strapless blue gown and is seated on the temple steps, surrounded by her son and his groomsmen.

She Refuses To Be His Second Choice
With Gerry finding himself single again, there has been some speculation about whether Leslie would ever give him another chance. Leslie may be more compatible with Gerry than Theresa was. Since location was a big part of why Gerry and Theresa broke up, Leslie may have been a more rational choice. While Theresa lived in New Jersey, Leslie was, like Gerry, a Midwesterner.
Leslie appeared on the Playing The Field podcast, which aired on YouTube. She was asked about The Golden Bachelor’s divorce. She revealed she knew about Gerry and Theresa’s divorce days before the news went public. She said she had spent time with the couple in April when they all appeared on an episode of Celebrity Family Feud.
ā We were all hanging out together and had a really good time ,ā Leslie said. ā We laughed and had meals together, so I guess I was shocked [by the divorce]. I didnāt see that coming .ā
When asked if she would ever consider rekindling her romance with The Golden Bachelor, Leslie said no. She explained that, though she didn’t hate Gerry, she wasn’t willing to be anyone’s second choice. It’s unclear if Leslie has been dating anyone else since the split with Gerry. Considering she was single for 22 years before Gerry, chances are she’s probably still single. For his part, Gerry was already spotted attending a dating event. Hopefully, Leslie, Gerry, and Theresa will all find love again someday.
