BBC show Ghosts left viewers ‘destroyed’ as it ended on its fifth and final season on Christmas Day more than a year ago.
But there might be more life in the sitcom yet – as an insider has claimed it has been adapted into a film and ‘given the greenlight.’
The show starred Charlotte Ritchie and Kiell Smith-Bynoe as couple Alison and Mike Cooper who move into a house inherited from a distant relative inhabited by an array of rowdy ghosts.
And it has been claimed that both will reprise their roles for the movie, with bosses reportedly also eyeing up A-list talent to pad out the cast.
