The cast of Young Sheldon are all on Cameo, here are the ridiculous amounts they charge

Tbf I’d literally pay anything for a personalised video from the Annie Potts herself

The cast of Young Sheldon might all be minted thanks to the show, but that doesn’t mean they don’t want to earn a little extra cash through Cameo. On Cameo, you can pay for your favourite actor to send you a video message, be it a birthday message or any other kind of message!

Whilst some of the Young Sheldon cast have fairly standard prices, others are charging well into the high three figures for a less than one minute video. So, let’s have a look at how much the cast of Young Sheldon is all charging for a video on Cameo.

Annie Potts – £151

Via Netflix

You might think that Annie Potts who plays Meemaw would be charging the most out of the Young Sheldon cast for a video on Cameo, but concerningly she’s not.

She has a five star rating and has done over 80 videos which average around one minute and a half long, which means you’re paying roughly £1.67 per second. But, given her acting career and the fact she’s as iconic as she is, I don’t think the price is too insane.

Wyatt McClure – £30

Via Netflix

Child actor Wyatt McClure played the awful bully Billy Sparks in Young Sheldon, and he’s the cheapest cast member you can get a Cameo from. In the nicest way possible I’m not entirely sure why you’d pick to get video from him and so far only two people have left reviews. Yikes.

Matt Hobby – £57

Via Netflix

Pastor Jeff might have disappeared from the show, but it looks like in real life he just started a Cameo side hustle instead. He has over 77 five star reviews and his average video length is over a whopping three minutes. Talk about getting your money’s worth!

Rex Linn – £86

Via Facebook

Rex Linn played Principal Peterson on Young Sheldon and has appeared as a regular cast member in almost 20 episodes of the show. Whilst £87 might seem a lot for someone who just played a principal, he’s been in a lot of other high profile TV shows and films such as Rush Hour and Better Call Saul.

Brian Stepaneck – £38

Via Netflix

Brian Stapneck played Mr Givens on the show but is most known for being Arwin on The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. He has over 40 five star reviews and a 50 second video from him will cost around £38.

The Allen Twins – £227

My jaw genuinely dropped when I saw how much these child actors are charging for a video, or should I say their manager/ parents. I genuinely couldn’t even remember what cast member roles they played in Young Sheldon, so charging £227 on Cameo seems very steep to me.

They appeared in about one episode of the show and I get there are two of them, but still! There’s obviously a fan audience there for them though as they have 16 five star reviews, meaning they’ve made a minimum of £3,632 on Cameo so far.
