Susan Noles, a fan-favorite from The Golden Bachelor, is embracing a new chapter in life with confidence and self-love. At 67, the Pennsylvania native recently underwent a breast reduction and lower facelift, sharing her journey with fans on Instagram.
On October 16, Noles announced her decision before heading into surgery with Dr. Danyo at Danyo Plastic Surgery. “I’m a little bit scared,” she admitted, adding, “Thank you, Dr. Danyo, I’m on my way.”
Sharing Her Progress with Humor and Positivity
Just hours later, Noles updated her followers with a positive post-surgery message. Sporting bandages and cotton swabs around her head, she said, “I feel like the Lord has blessed me because so far, I feel pretty good.” Despite some mild swelling, she joked about her appearance, likening herself to “Santa Claus.”
The following day, Noles shared another video, acknowledging the ongoing swelling but expressing excitement for her results. “I can’t wait to see my smaller, higher girls,” she said with a laugh, referring to her breast reduction.
Addressing questions about why she opted for the surgeries, Noles made it clear that the decision was entirely her own. “This was for me. This is what makes me feel good,” she said. “I have aged gracefully. I’m 67 years old, and this is going to make me feel great for the last chapter — the best chapter. Just saying.”
