The Young and the Restless star Sharon Case (Sharon) is getting fans ready for some new storylines and cast members coming to the CBS soap.
It’s no secret that several people from Genoa City have headed to Los Angeles. Holden (Nathan Owens) and Clarie (Hayley Erin) are there for some fun, while Kyle (Michael Mealor) is there to win Claire back.
Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon arrived in Los Angeles following Noah’s (Lucas Adams) car accident. In true soap fashion, things in Los Angeles are becoming very intertwined as characters arrive on the scene.
Sharon Case Teases New Cast Members and New Stories on Y&R
Ahead of the Adams’ debut on the CBS soap as Noah, Case has a message for fans. The actress hyped up the changes coming as the show focuses on a core group of characters in Los Angeles this fall.
That group of characters includes newbies, as well as Adams, Tamara Braun (Sienna), Matt Cohen (Detective Burrows), and Robert Howarth in a mystery role that some suspect may be Sienna’s husband, Mitch.

“We’ve got a lot coming up. It’s gonna be a big storyline. And once it starts, it doesn’t stop. It takes good twists and turns, and the story keeps going,” the actress told Soap Opera Digest.
Like with the summer storyline in Nice, The Young and the Restless has new sets, adding a different dynamic to the show. Fans have already seen that with Sienna’s nightclub, the Glam Club, and the hotel where everyone from Genao City is staying.
What’s Next For The Young and the Restless’ Nick and Sharon?
Case also weighed in on whether Noah’s accident will end with the Sharon and Nick reunion that has been teased on the show for so long. Nothing brings those two closer than dealing with a family crisis, that’s for sure.
However, Schick fans shouldn’t celebrate just yet because that happy ending for the former couple isn’t right around the corner.
“It’s great to circle back to that. It’s a really great idea. But we also have a great storyline coming along with it. So that makes it very exciting and interesting. We’ve got powerful stories,” she expressed to the outlet.
Case didn’t spill any details, but she certainly piqued our interest in a few things about the CBS soap. November sweeps are on the horizon, and based on what Case teased, Y&R fans should be in for an entertaining month.
