Sean Roman Returns! Chicago PD Vet Set for Explosive Chicago Fire Crossover

Chicago PD’s upcoming crossover episode with Chicago Fire is set to see the return of a major character who fans haven’t seen in a while.

Geraghty’s character left Chicago at the end of season three to start a new life in San Diego after he was shot in the line of duty.

During his time on the show he had a romantic relationship with Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati) and had a close working relationship with Trudy Platt (Amy Morton).

Speaking about his return, Eid said: “Platt had a relationship with him, so you see Platt involved. We’re really excited about that.”

Eid also revealed that the episode’s investigation will involve “Roman and his sister”.

Back in October, Chicago Fire and Chicago PD joined forces with Chicago Med for a three-episode crossover event.

The episodes concerned the outbreak of an infection which spread across the city involving all of the first responder units.

Chicago Fire and Chicago PD air on NBC in the US, and the special crossover episode will air on February 26. The shows air on Sky Witness, Universal and 5USA in the UK.
