SEAL Team Season 7 Episode 8: ‘Appetite for Destruction’
Next weekend, SEAL Team season 7 episode 8 drops on Paramount+ — what else can we say about it?
Well, the first order of business is to put this story (titled “Appetite for Destruction”) into context. There are only three episodes left until the series finale, which basically means that every story we get from here on out is probably going to be emotional. We know that episode 7 ends with Jason and the team still on deployment, and David Boreanaz’s character struggling more than ever about whether he can have a life away from the group.

Then check out the full SEAL Team season 7 episode 8 recap below: Nazario is officially charged with smuggling after BRAVO finds fentanyl; Despite being instructed to keep it a secret, Jason destroys the fentanyl and kills all the guards; the team makes a shocking discovery at Nazario’s camp.
We’ve at least reached a point in the story where the writers are pushing that plot point harder than ever that anyone could die; since Boreanaz was planning on leaving the show after season 7 no matter what, it could easily have been Jason. However, after killing Clay, we continue to have trouble accepting the idea of another super prominent character being killed off, even if they were killed in a completely different way. This feels like one of those situations where balancing things out here makes more sense. Why wouldn’t you want to do that, all things considered?
Ultimately, let’s hope that the show lives up to the hype in the remaining episodes and that we get a conclusion that we feel is deserved after such a crazy journey.
