Of course, the main focal point, as shown in the promo trailer, will focus on Remy and his team’s efforts to bring down a rogue former government contractor who is looking to sell out his country. This is something that could lead to an explosive, and potentially tragic conclusion, with innocent lives in the balance.

How Remy’s story arc will close is unclear at this point, but the hope will be that there is finally a satisfying resolution to his and Abby’s on-off relationship. FBI: Most Wanted season 6, episode 16 set up the perfect happy ending for Remy, and he could well enjoy post-retirement with Abby at the New York dive bar he invested in. However, this is assuming he comes out of the events of the finale unscathed, and a more tragic ending for him should not be completely ruled out.
