This indulgent collaboration features a selection of sweet and savoury delights, including traditional British scones, delicate finger sandwiches, delicate pastries and premium teas and drinks.
“Each pastry has been created to reflect the personalities of the main characters throughout the Bridgerton series—from the refreshing basil and lemon tart to celebrate Penelope’s newfound freshness, to the mysterious Valrhona chocolate pastry to symbolise Colin’s strong character and his feelings for Penelope,” said Francesco Fedrighi, chef de cuisine at Horizon Grill.
