“Each pastry has been created to reflect the personalities of the main characters throughout the Bridgerton series—from the refreshing basil and lemon tart to celebrate Penelope’s newfound freshness, to the mysterious Valrhona chocolate pastry to symbolise Colin’s strong character and his feelings for Penelope,” said Francesco Fedrighi, chef de cuisine at Horizon Grill.
