Joan Vassos is the first-ever Golden Bachelorette, and she’s ready for her “second, second” chance at love after competing as one of Gerry Turner’s contestants on the inaugural season of The Golden Bachelor. The Golden Bachelorette doesn’t air till September, but Bachelor Nation’s favorite blogger, Reality Steve, already has spoilers ready for us ahead of the new season. The spoilers in question? That’d be Joan’s final four men who make it to hometown dates on the first season of The Golden Bachelorette. So, let’s break ’em down, and let me give you a final warning that spoilers lie ahead!

While we don’t know who makes it to the Fantasy Suite just yet, we do know that one of these fellas is about to become Mr. Joan Vassos. Speaking of being Joan’s husband, she revealed the qualities she’s looking for in a man during a promo for the upcoming season.
“I’m very picky about a man being a gentleman,” Joan explained to her family in the clip. “Somebody with a big heart, somebody who is generous, and also somebody who’s humble.” She then asked her loved ones for advice, and what she should ask her contestants while shooting the show. Her son Nick asked, “What are your three top priorities in life?” and her mother-in-law Elaine said, “Do you like to travel?”
Toward the end of the promo, Joan reassured her kids that she’s not looking to replace their father, who died in 2021. “I just want our family to be whole again,” she said. “So let’s cheers! Cheers to a great adventure.”
