Ramsay’s Kitchen from Chef Gordon Ramsay opening in St. Louis
Popular TV chef and restaurant entrepreneur Gordon Ramsay is opening a new St. Louis restaurant.
In a report from Sauce Magazine, Ramsay’s Kitchen is expected to open its St. Louis location April 17 at the Four Seasons Hotel. The restaurant’s website shows this will be the establishment’s fifth location. Ramsay’s Kitchen is in Boston, Las Vegas, Oklahoma City, and Naperville, Illinois.
A soft opening of the restaurant is scheduled for April 17, and a grand opening will take place in June.
Some of the menu items that are available in Oklahoma City and Naperville include the Idiot Sandwich made with sourdough, braised short rib, gruyère, cheddar, roasted mushrooms, spicy tomato chutney; the Hellfire Chicken Sandwich made with toasted brioche, seared chicken breast, hellfire sauce, blue cheese, spicy aioli.
Signature entrees include beef Wellington for $69, crispy skin salmon for $42, and pan-seared scallops for $48.
Ramsay’s Kitchen will be housed in the former Cider House restaurant which included seating and access to a rooftop bar providing a southward view of downtown.
The Four Seasons Hotel is connected to the Horseshoe Casino north of the Gateway Arch and adjacent to The Dome at America’s Center.
