Rachael Carpani, an actress recognized for her roles in NCIS: Los Angeles and the Australian drama McLeod’s Daughters, has died at age 45.
Her sister announced on Instagram that Carpani passed away Dec. 7 after a long struggle with a chronic illness.
Carpani rose to fame playing Jodi Fountain on McLeod’s Daughters, a role she held from 2001 to 2009. She later appeared in the first season of NCIS: Los Angeles.
Her acting career also included appearances in Home and Away and several films, including the 2020 drama The Way Back.
