Netflix is about to give viewers a major dose of nostalgia — and Virgin River fans will instantly recognize a familiar face. The streaming giant is adding Smallville, one of the most iconic TV series of the 2000s, to its library on January 13, bringing all 10 seasons and hundreds of episodes to subscribers.
Originally debuting in 2001, Smallville explores the early years of Clark Kent long before he becomes Superman. Led by Tom Welling, the coming-of-age superhero drama became a defining series of its era, praised for blending action, romance, and emotional storytelling without ever putting its hero in the famous cape.
