Rachael Carpani, who appeared in the first season of NCIS: Los Angeles, has died at the age of 45.
The actress’s sister, Georgia Carpani, shared the news on social media, saying Carpani passed away on Dec. 7 following a battle with chronic illness.
Carpani was widely known in Australia for playing Jodi Fountain on McLeod’s Daughters from 2001 to 2009.
She trained at the Australian College of Entertainment at Macquarie University before beginning her television career. Over the years, she also appeared in Home and Away and the 2020 film The Way Back starring Ben Affleck.
