The undercover op pairs Kensi with professional dancer and actor George Akram, who famously played Bernardo in Broadway’s West Side Story and has shared the stage with legends like Ricky Martin and Gloria Estefan.
Although Ruah is no stranger to dance — she won Portugal’s Dancing with the Stars back in 2006 — she admits the gig still came with a touch of stage fright.
“He’s a really good dancer,” Ruah laughed in a behind-the-scenes interview. “I was a little bit intimidated. But he was very sweet and he taught me a lot.”
