Michael Weatherly is feeling the love from NCIS fans — and he’s making sure they know it. Following the cancellation of NCIS: Tony & Ziva, the actor shared a heartfelt message after fans launched an eye-catching Times Square–adjacent billboard campaign urging Paramount+ to save the series.
The fan-organized stunt appeared near Broadway and 49th Street, lighting up at the 46th minute of every hour for a full 24 hours. Featuring a QR code, the billboard directed passersby to a website explaining how supporters could get involved in the #SaveTonyandZiva movement. Timed to coincide with New Year’s Eve crowds, the display was designed to maximize visibility for the beloved spin-off.
Weatherly responded on X (formerly Twitter), admitting the gesture deeply moved him. “This made me smile and maybe even nudged my tear ducts,” he wrote, thanking fans for their creativity and devotion. “I see you. I appreciate you. Big kiss for 2026.”
