“The development of a premature baby is incredibly nerve-racking when it is an uncertain start and you want to see them grow and thrive, yet not wish away the first moments,” she recounted in an Instagram post. “Seeing them become little chubby, healthy babies within the first year was a true blessing, and I will always be grateful for the determination they showed and their feisty characters,” she added.

In a joint video interview with his father for British GQ in 2019, Jack shared some of the valuable lessons he learned from the senior Ramsay. Among the key takeaways was the importance of the “work hard, play hard” mentality.
“Sometimes I think you work hard, maybe too hard sometimes,” he says in the video. “But we have quality time together. We go for drives and we play sports. It’s that balance that I find you always 100 per cent get.”
