Lucas Adams steps into the role of Noah Newman on The Young and the Restless as the character returns to Genoa City. Find out when.
Lucas Adams has taken over the role of Noah Newman on The Young and the Restless. Right now, Noah is lying in a hospital bed in Los Angeles, bandaged and in critical condition after a terrible accident. But good news, he’s headed back to Genoa City! According to the latest TV Guide magazine, Lucas Adams will bring Noah home on November 4.
This isn’t Adams’ first rodeo on the show, either. Back in 2012, he made a brief appearance, his first-ever speaking role, where he simply said hi to Angelina. Speaking to TV Guide, Adams called this a fun full-circle moment.
He said, “When I was 18, it was my first-ever speaking role. I played a character just saying hi to Angelina, so this is a fun full-circle moment here.“
Lucas Adams Takes on Noah Newman on Y&R
Playing a legacy character means a lot to Adams, especially since Noah is connected to none other than the great Eric Braeden, who plays his onscreen grandfather, Victor Newman. It’s also exciting that Adams will reunite with his former Days of Our Lives onscreen mom, Tamara Braun (ex-Ava Vitali). Braun made her debut this week, on October 14, as Sienna Bacall.
Lucas Adams is best known for his role as Tripp Dalton Johnson on Days of Our Lives. During his time there, he earned two Daytime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series in 2018 and 2019.
Also making his debut this week is Matt Cohen, who debuts in tomorrow’s Y&R as Detective Burrows.
