The temperature continues to get turned up on Fire Country.
Season 4 of the CBS series premiered on Oct. 17, and it started with Bode Donovan (Max Thieriot) suffering some major losses, as he said goodbye to two important people in his life, including Gabriela Perez (Stephanie Arcila).
Off-screen, the Fire Country cast’s real-life romances are less complicated. Thieriot and his wife, Lexi Murphy, have been together since they met on vacation as teenagers. Meanwhile, Kevin Alejandro wed his wife, Leslie Alejandro, more than two decades ago.
Here’s everything to know about the real-life partners of the Fire Country cast.
1. Max Thieriot and Lexi Murphy
Max Thieriot, who plays Bode Donovan in Fire Country, has been married to his wife, Lexi Murphy, since 2013.
The pair were raised in Northern California but met overseas when they were 16, while on vacation with their families in the Caribbean.
“I’m not quite sure what she saw in me,” Thieriot joked on The Talk in May 2024. “I was like, full skater bod and had some bleached blonde hair back then … I don’t know if she knew I was the one, but I knew she was the one.”
They now share two sons: Beaux and Maximus.
2. Kevin Alejandro and Leslie Alejandr
Kevin Alejandro, who portrays Manny Perez in the firefighter drama series, wed director Leslie de Jesus Alejandro in 2004, and they went on to welcome one son, Kaden.
Leslie is best known for directing short films and music videos. However, in December 2024, she tried her hand at TV — directing season 3, episode 14 of Fire Country.
“I couldn’t have asked for a better first-time-directing-an-episodic experience,” she wrote on Instagram. “So many people to thank. But it all couldn’t have happened without the endless support of my love @kevinmalejandro. I love you, My Baby.”
3. Jules Latimer and Kat Cunning
Jules Latimer, who plays Eve Edwards, is currently dating actress and singer Kat Cunning, per Instagram.
According to a July 2025 Instagram post, the couple “met on a lunch date in Brooklyn the day after pride.”
“Who knew this would begin a journey of chasing each other around almost 11 cities over two years to find glimmers of time to love each other between jobs and life,” Latimer wrote.
4. Diane Farr and Egill Orn Egilsson
Diane Farr, who portrays Sharon Leone, has been in a relationship with director Egill Orn Egilsson for a few years.
The actress hasn’t publicly spoken about their romance, but the couple have worked together on Fire Country. Egilsson has directed several episodes of the series since 2022.
Farr was formerly married to Seung Yong Chung. The exes welcomed three children together: son Beckett Mancuso and twin daughters Sawyer Lucia and Coco Trinity.
5. Michael Trucco and Sandra Hess
Michael Trucco, who plays Luke Leon, has been happily married to actress Sandra Hess since 2009.
“15 years ago today we said yes and it’s been the best decision of my life. Happy Anniversary my love, I’m so grateful to be on this adventure ride with you. To us, always and forever,” Hess wrote on Instagram in July 2024.
Trucco also marked the couple’s 15th anniversary with a sweet post on Instagram, writing, “One life, one love. You make me the happiest man alive. Looking forward to the next 50 years or more! I love you madly!”
The pair first met in 1998 as series regulars on the TV series Pensacola: Wings of Gold, according to the Toronto Star.
6. Billy Burke
Billy Burke played the happily married (and ruggedly handsome) Vince Leone on Fire Country, but in real life, the actor has kept mum about his personal life.
While Burke is rather shy about his TV heartthrob status, fans still show him a lot of love on social media. In a March 2024 TikTok video, he read a few fan messages where they gushed over him, calling him a “hunk” and “so sexy.”
The Twilight alum was last known to be dating Cheyenne Carson. They walked the red carpet together during the 27th annual Dances With Films in Los Angeles in June 2024.
Burke was previously married to actress Pollyanna Rose, per the Los Angeles Times. The exes share a daughter named Bluesy Burke.
