The Season 2 winner of the Fox competition show and the Bravo celebrity break down that finale
Gordon Ramsay couldn’t hide his pride as Tilly, his beloved daughter, graduated with flying colours, earning herself a psychology BSc degree.
The Michelin-starred maestro, 57, ditched his notorious fiery temper for overwhelming joy, beaming as he posed next to Tilly and wife Tana. The Hell’s Kitchen legend shared a heartwarming snap on Instagram, with the newly minted graduate sporting the traditional cap and gown, diploma in hand. Ramsay gushed over his daughter’s accomplishment, captioning the post with exuberant accolades.
Beckham, a close family friend, and celebrity mates like Bear Grylls and I’m A Celeb’s Fred Sirieix were quick to join in the congratulations on social media, celebrating Tilly’s well-deserved success after her stint on the dance floor last year in Strictly Come Dancing.
The TV chef, renowned for his culinary prowess and fiery on-screen persona, shared the subject of Tilly’s studies alongside the heartfelt image, expressing how thrilled he was at her academic triumph: “She’s Done it.” In his post, the doting father raved: “Can’t explain enough how proud we are of this one honestly with everything you’ve been up against and to see you graduate today with a psychology BSc makes me the happiest Dad in the World congratulations darling well done Tilly.”
Among the slew of commendations flooding in, football icon David Beckham showed his support with a heartfelt “Well done Tilly we are so so proud.” Survival expert Bear Grylls chimed in with an emphatic “Well done!”, while Big Zuu, the cooking show star, kept it brief with a congratulatory “Congrats”.
Former Strictly star Tilly is one of dad Gordon’s six children with her mum Tana, 49. They also have Megan, 26, twins Holly and Jack, both 24, Oscar, five, and baby Jesse, who is one. She revealed last year that she was dating Henry Farrow, despite persistent rumours linking her to her Strictly dance partner pro Nikita Kuzmin during her time on the show.
The pair went public with their romance on Valentine’s Day with a snap where he had his arm around her and the pair were surrounded by cupcakes. She captioned it simply: “Happy Valentine’s Day.” However, it was Gordon who managed to get the information she was dating somebody out of her publicly, during a grilling on a charity special of Celebrity Gogglebox they both appeared on where he pressed her saying: ‘Have you got a boyfriend? Yes or no, Matilda.”
Embarrassed and seemingly trying to avoid the question, he concluded by speaking on her behalf and saying: “Yes! She’s got a boyfriend. Finally.”
