Kaley Cuoco Reveals Why The Big Bang Theory Was the Best Time of Her Life

Kaley Cuoco, the beloved star of The Big Bang Theory, recently opened up about the profound impact the show had on her life and career. Known for her iconic role as Penny, Cuoco shared that her time on the series was one of the most memorable and fulfilling periods of her life.

Reflecting on her 12-year journey on the show, Cuoco spoke with PEOPLE, saying, “I spent 12 years playing that role, and it really set off my career. I owe a lot to that character, to that show, to [creator] Chuck Lorre.” Cuoco credits The Big Bang Theory with giving her invaluable experiences and an unforgettable chapter in her career.

When asked if she would ever consider reprising her role as Penny, Cuoco’s response was enthusiastic. “100%,” she replied, adding, “I love that character, and I always will.” Cuoco’s deep affection for Penny and the show that changed her life remains strong, and she would be more than willing to bring Penny back if the opportunity arose.
