Joan Vassos, the standout star of The Golden Bachelorette, has done everything she can to keep the season finale under wraps. Though fans have speculated and insider Reality Steve has hinted at the winner, Joan herself has dropped a few post-show hints about her relationship status that have fans buzzing.
Spoiler Alert!
Back in September, Reality Steve reported that Chock Chapple won Joan’s heart and received her final rose, edging out fellow contestant Guy Gansert in the season finale. His scoop on Joan’s final three was right on target, and with Pascal Igbui self-eliminating in the Fantasy Suites episode, all signs seem to align with his prediction.
Are Joan and Chock Still Together?
Though we don’t officially know where Joan and Chock stand today, Joan hinted at happiness in a September 18 appearance on Good Morning America. Her confident and joyful demeanor had fans suspecting that she may indeed still be with Chock.
Joan and Chock’s connection was clear throughout the season, especially during the Hometown Dates, where Chock admitted he was “falling in love” and later opened up during the Fantasy Suites episode. “I felt that we were the right couple from Day 1,” he told Joan.
This sentiment seemed to echo Joan’s post-show appearance on The Viall Files podcast, where she fondly recalled her instant connection with Chock.
Did Joan and Chock Get Engaged?
While sources haven’t confirmed if Joan and Chock left The Golden Bachelorette engaged, Joan clarified her goals in a post-show interview with People. “I didn’t need to leave engaged,” Joan explained. “My goal was a committed relationship with someone I could envision a future with—one that would hold up in the real world.”
Bachelor Nation fans are eagerly awaiting The Golden Bachelorette: Men Tell All airing on Wednesday, Nov. 6, with Part 2 of the finale expected on Wednesday, Nov. 13.
