Netflix’s new Christmas rom-com My Secret Santa is winning over viewers not just with Alexandra Breckenridge’s charm, but with its gorgeous winter backdrop.
The movie was filmed primarily in British Columbia, Canada, with most scenes shot at Sun Peaks Resort near Kamloops. The alpine village, snowy slopes, and cozy lodges give the film its postcard-perfect Christmas look. Downtown Kamloops was also used for several festive street scenes.
Fans have praised the warm atmosphere and stunning scenery, calling it “the best Christmas movie this year.”
