Golden Bachelorette star Chock Chapple’s has a $1.8m Kansas real estate empire that includes a storage unit man cave and two boats.
One of Golden Bachelorette’s suitors Chock Chapple reportedly has a lot to offer leading lady Joan Vassos.
The pair have gotten closer as the episodes of the hit ABC dating show fly by, but they recently experienced a huge emotional hurdle.
Chock had to leave to check on his family following his mother’s death, and for awhile it seemed he wouldn’t return, but to his and Joan’s relief, he was able to, arriving just before Episode 4’s Rose Ceremony.
With how close Joan and Chock have gotten, it’d be no surprise if the Kansas native received the leading lady’s final rose.
If they do end up together, Joan will undoubtedly be impressed to see Chock’s $1.8 million real estate empire.
The frontrunner has had success as the president and owner of Insurance Services Group, which he continues to operate in Wichita, Kansas.
The 60-year-old insurance executive has accumulated property in the Kansas and surrounding Oklahoma area, according to the US Sun.
Currently, Chock lives in a gorgeous ranch-style home that sits on a third of an acre of land and includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
According to housing records obtained by the US Sun, the 3,300-square-foot home was purchased for $260k but is now worth over $410k.
The home features brand-new granite counters in both the kitchen and bathrooms, a vaulted fireplace and a separate three-way fireplace.
Sitting on a cul-de-sac lot, the home has plenty of space to entertain with a breakfast bar, massive kitchen island, and an informal and formal dining room.
Chock’s primary bedroom features a walk-in closet and an en suite bath that is complete with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower.
In the finished basement, Chock has a card game table, wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, another family room with “lots of storage space” and a gas fireplace.
Outside, there’s a massive wood deck and stone patio that looks over a large yard filled with landscaping.
Chock also owns a six-bedroom, four-bathroom home that is just half a mile from where he currently resides.
Records show that Chock’s ex-wife, Heather, appears to live in the house – though the property remains in Chock’s name.
The stunning 5,300-square-foot Tudor-style house was purchased for $400k and its estimated value is currently over $825k.
It sits on nearly an acre lot and features gardens, waterfalls, fountains and a pool in the backyard.
In 2022, Chock also converted a storage unit into a man cave.
The unit, which sits in the middle of an industrial complex, was purchased for $200k, and it’s a duel-level unit with a mezzanine terrace, full bathroom, wet bar and built-in storage.
It’s even temperature-controlled with A/C and heat.
There’s also a card game table surrounded by a dozen leather chairs in front of sliding barn doors that separate the space.
Housing records show that Chock also owns a $375k lakefront two-bedroom 1,924 square-foot duplex in Oklahoma.
It features a massive wood deck with a jacuzzi that overlooks a body of water.
On top of that, Chock also owns a Honda Seabrook, which can be operated on their own or host a group, and a Lowe Industries boat, which is used for smaller fishing trips.
