The girl next door was able to get all the handsome hunks with zero effort but so did her real-life counterpart, Kaley Cuoco, who dated the Greek God Mr. Henry Cavill himself, albeit for a short, short time. The two began dating in the middle of 2013 but went their separate ways in just under two weeks.
When reports about their link-up started emerging, it was reported that Henry Cavill, just like tons of people in the world, was a huge fan of The Big Bang Theory and had always had a liking for Kaley Cuoco. Now, both Henry Cavill and Kaley Cuoco are happy in their own relationships.

Kaley Cuoco and Henry Cavill were linked together for a brief period of time in the summer of 2013. This was the same year that things started changing for the actor as his first film as Superman, Man of Steel, had just released. After that, it didn’t take him long to become a household name across the planet. Cuoco was also in the middle of The Big Bang Theory and was making a million dollars per aired episode.
Back in 2013, a source close to them told PEOPLE (via CBS News) that “They were both single and started dating recently. It’s just the beginning stages of a relationship and they’re having a great time.” Another friend of the duo told US Weekly that Cuoco and Cavill were “totally hot for each other” and that the latter was a “massive Big Bang Theory fan [and] had always wanted to date her.”
Unfortunately, before fans could even come up with a ship name for the two, Cuoco and Cavill decided to break off their relationship and go their separate ways just 12 days later, as confirmed by PEOPLE.
The actress has previously spoken about her time with Cavill stating that the attention she got from the paparazzi was just too much to handle. Cuoco confided in Cosmopolitan stating,
I had no one following me until I met Superman. I’ve been in this business for 20 years, and my whole life, I could go anywhere, do anything. There had not been one paparazzi photo of me until like several months ago. The recognition was crazy.
Well, what can you do…it was just not meant to be. Now, both actors are happy in their own relationships with Cuoco dating actor Tom Pelphrey and Cavill dating Natalie Viscuso.

Cavill and Viscuso were spotted spending time together in London back in April 2021. Soon, the couple went social media official when Cavill posted a photo of them playing chess together and writing, “This is me looking quietly confident shortly before my beautiful and brilliant love Natalie, destroys me at chess.”
While millions of hearts broke all around the world, we couldn’t have been happier for the actor.
Viscuso is not new to the industry and you might have seen her on MTV’s My Super Sweet 16 where her 16th birthday party was featured. She is also the former vice president of television and digital studios at Legendary Entertainment, a company behind films like Enola Holmes and Man of Steel.
She’s also the Vice President of TV at Roy Lee’s Vertigo Entertainment, the company that’s collaborating with Cavill for Warhammer Cinematic Universe.
The duo’s happy relationship is often seen on Instagram and now, they are expecting their first child together. Cavill broke the news as he posted a selfie on Father’s Day showing him in front of a baby’s crib writing, “Happy Father’s Day ye dads out there.
