Gordon Ramsay is ‘gutted’ that his son is at The University of Exeter, spilling all to a US chat show.
Jack Ramsay, 18, flew the nest last month to become an Exeter Fresher – and his superstar chef dad is already missing him.
Jack scored an ABB in his A-levels, bagging him a sought after place at the Devon Uni in August.
But the now-empty empty roost is clearly getting to Gordon, 51, who has even admitted to trying on his sons underpants.

“I went upstairs to Jack’s bedroom last weekend and I opened the door,” he told James Cordon’s Late Late Show.
“His socks and pants are there – and five minutes later I am wearing them.
“He is the same size.
“All mine were in the bloody wash so I thought Jack has nicked my bloody pants again. Low and behold upstairs in his drawer.
“So I put them on and just sat on the bed thinking, “damn bud I miss you”. Seriously.”

Tana told Ireland on Sunday last month how she follows her children on the Find My Friends app, which allows users to see the location of others using GPS.
She said: “Jack went out after his exams.
“I woke up and it was 5am and he wasn’t home.
“I’d promised I wouldn’t call because he’s 18.
“So I went on the app and then saw he was at St Thomas’ Hospital so I freaked and rang him, but tried to sound relaxed.
“In fact, he was just getting in an Uber.”
She added: “I don’t worry about the kids going off the rails because they have sport. Yes, they’re teenagers and they’re all on Instagram doing those weird pouts.
“How could they not be? All I can do is make sure they have a healthy relationship between their body and food.
“They’ve been studying for exams and I’ve said, “Do a couple of hours of exercise and your brains will work better.” I do think it’s helped them to deal with the stress.”

Ramsay has previously spoken about his tough parenting style.
He said of his children: “They don’t sit with us in first class. They haven’t worked anywhere near hard enough to afford that.
“At that age, at that size, you’re telling me they need to sit in first class? No, they do not. We’re really strict on that.
