Adam Peaty has allegedly begun to distance himself from his mother, Caroline Peaty, after he started his relationship with his fiancée, Holly Ramsay. As reported by the Daily Mail, the influencer and model had a grand pre-nuptial celebration at Soho Farmhouse with A-lister guests, including Victoria Beckham, a close family friend.
However, she reportedly refrained from inviting her mother-in-law to the celebration. At that time, Caroline Peaty allegedly stayed at her house in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, where she looked after her grandson George.
The rift between Adam Peaty and his mother reportedly turned serious after the Olympic swimmer invited Gordon Ramsay, his future father-in-law, to his stag night. Per the news outlet, the swimmer’s aunt, Louise Williams, expressed how heartbreaking it was for her after her sister Caroline Peaty was allegedly snubbed from Holly Ramsay’s pre-wedding celebration, through an Instagram post. Her post read, “@hollyramsayy I’m so glad that you had a great hen do. As a bride, you deserve that.” It continued, “However, as a person you were divisive and hurtful towards a woman, who I have loved and continue to love deeply.”
Louise Williams further wrote, “A woman who opened her home and heart to you.” She continued, “You decided, for whatever reason, not to invite her, your prospective mother-in-law to your hen night.” “Yet Adam invited his father-in-law, your dad, to his stag night, ” she added. A source told the news outlet that Adam Peaty had “broken” his mother’s heart by banning her from his wedding, after her sister’s post.
