This seventh and final season of Good Doctor promises to be particularly upheaval for Shaun (Freddie Highmore) starting this Wednesday, September 11, 2024 on TF1. Three episodes await viewers during this evening. The character’s life will be punctuated by many twists and turns, both in his personal and professional life.
First of all, as a father, he will stammer in the first moments with his child Steven, a few months after his birth. The latter will show signs of early autism. After two initial evenings consisting of three episodes that will be broadcast on Wednesdays, September 11 and 18, 2024 on TF1, the series will be reduced to two episodes per evening. The finale would potentially be broadcast at the beginning of October 2024. This is therefore the end for Freddie Highmore and the Good Doctor series after seven seasons.
Season 6, as a reminder, had brought together an average of 2.25 million people for the 22 episodes of the American series, or 14.7% of the market share among those aged four and over. On targets, Freddie Highmore had hit the mark with 22.9% of women responsible for purchases under the age of fifty. Will this season 7, shortened and composed of only 10 episodes, maintain the same dynamic?
