Golden Bachelor fans go wild as Gerry meets Kris Jenner after dating lookalike
Golden Bachelor star Gerry Turner has met Kris Jenner, and fans couldn’t be happier since he’s been dating her lookalike on the show.
Golden Bachelor fans were thrilled to see Gerry Turner and Kris Jenner together after weeks of him dating someone who poses a striking resemblance.
The competition really started heating up on the ABC dating series as there were just six women left fighting for 72-year-old Gerry’s affections.
Among those left in The Golden Bachelor was 66-year-old Susan, a makeup artist and hairdresser from Aston, Penn, who he seemed to hit it off with Gerry from the get-go.
One thing that fans have all agreed though is how similar Susan looks to The Kardashians star Kris Jenner with their short black haircuts.
And now, viewers are going wild as the retired restaurant worker has finally met the real-life momager.
In a joint post on Instagram between The Kardashians and The Golden Bachelor, Gerry and Kris are seen posing together, with his arm around her.
The caption reads: “he duo we never knew we needed.
“Watch a new episode of #TheKardashians now on @hulu and #TheGoldenBachelor tonight on @abcnetwork or tomorrow on @hulu.”
Responding to the post, one fan stated: “Thought it was Susan”, while another said: “Omg they have to meet now”, referring to The Bachelor contestant.
A third joked: “Susan and Gerry slay”, and a fellow fan commented: “I love these two he’s so cute.”
The Golden Bachelor fanbase has been commenting on the similarities between Kris and Susan from the very beginning and this hasn’t gone unnoticed.
In fact, during the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, Susan revealed she had been compared to the Hulu star long before the ABC series began.
Susan joked she has “never signed an autograph” but was pleading to producers while filming the show to get a meet-and-greet as they were “only 12 minutes down the road from Kris”.
She says it would be a “dream come true” to meet Kris, although Susan is adamant the real reason people comment on their similarities is down to the hair.
But the short black hairstyle wasn’t ever inspired by Kris with Susan adding: “I’m a hairdresser (and my hair) has been like this forever.”
