The Golden Bachelor fans have been left devastated by the departure of Faith from the dating show that is taking the reality TV world by storm.
Since the Women Tell All episode of The Golden Bachelor aired, these fan feelings about Faith have only intensified. Fans took to forums to discuss Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner’s treatment of the women on the show – including Faith.
Gerry broke down in tears when he was reunited with Faith on the Women Tell All Special. He apologized for breaking a promise to Faith’s family not to break her heart in the highly emotional moment.
Gerry has admitted in a recent interview that he told Faith he loves her during the special, but this admission has angered fans.
Gerry told Deadline he and Faith went in for a second hug as they had a moment of “closure”.
Gerry said: “This is one of those memories that I’ll keep with me, probably, forever. I asked for one more hug, and we again hugged for a long time.
“She told me she loved me, and I told her the same back and I said’ ‘Okay, when we break from this hug, I think both of us need to be smiling.’”
A number of Reddit users called out Gerry for telling multiple women on the show he loves them, but then clarifying he felt that way “in the moment”.
