Golden Bachelor fans convinced Gerry Turner wedding tradition will decide Bachelorette
The Golden Bachelor viewers are convinced that Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist’s wedding will decide the fate of a potential Golden Bachelorette spin-off.
The Golden Bachelor is set to end its very first season with a live stream of Gerry Turner and Theresa Nistās wedding in the new year.
The Golden Wedding is set to air on ABC on January 4 with very little known about the coupleās plans for the big day.
However, this hasnāt stopped fans from sharing theories of their own with so many conspiracies and suggestions making their way onto Reddit that some fans have collected them into polls to get a group opinion on the suggestions
One such poll asked fans to vote for which option is the āmost likely to happenā at the Golden Wedding, with the reigning answer being that one of the āGolden Girls, or Golden Bachelor contestants that didnāt manage to win Gerryās affections, will catch the bouquet.
In the comments section, one fan took it a step further suggesting: āI think whoever catches the bouquet will be the one to be the Golden Bachelorette.ā
Some other popular options in the poll included Bachelor host Jesse Palmer announcing the Golden Bachelorette on the big day and former contestant Susan Noles, who is also a wedding officiant, marrying the couple.
Fans didnāt seem hopeful that all of the former Golden Bachelor contestants would be in attendance despite Theresa insisting she has invited āevery single oneā when she appeared on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast.
Speaking about seeing the former contestants vying for his heart, Gerry claims heāll be ācomfortableā on the day as he āhad such deep feelings and a lot of respectā for the women.
Viewers also seem to think the wedding cake will be kept under wraps until the last possible moment.
While other Bachelor and Bachelorette weddings usually offer fans sneak peeks, the Golden Wedding is the first live special in Bachelor Nation in history leaving no early insights or teasers for viewers.
