The ABC star has chosen to continue living long-distance with his spouse despite tying the knot on January 4.
Gerry, 72, and Theresa, 70, were back on camera Monday as they reunited to film Celebrity Family Feud with their children.
The reality star posted an update from the show on his Instagram feed, with several photos from the appearance.
In the first slide, the TV personality posed with his two daughters, Angie and Jenny.
The trio smiled brightly while on set of the game show, Angie wearing a bright yellow dress with matching heels and Jenny in a light blue silky dress.
Gerry looked sharp in a dark blue suit, white button-down, and matching tie.
The second shot was a selfie of the Golden Bachelor star with his wife Theresa, her daughter Jen, and Jen’s husband Matt.
The group lined up on stage at their individual podiums, with name tags and smiles on the Family Feud set.
Gerry also posed for a selfie with singer Meghan Trainor and a final shot with his daughters.
The retired restauranteur and Theresa reunited for the role despite their decision to continue to live separately.
Earlier this month it was revealed that the pair have opted for a long-distance marriage.
The Bachelor star is still living at his Northern Indiana lake house while his wife is still residing in New Jersey, according to TMZ.
There are multiple reasons behind Gerry and Theresa’s separation, namely the trials involved with moving cross-country.
An inside source told the outlet that, “they’ve each got their own established homes in their respective states, and moving everything into one pad would be time-consuming.”
In addition, Theresa is still working her job in New Jersey as a compliance officer.
The mother of two is very close to her kids and grandkids as is Gerry, so the informant added that “the thought of moving away would be difficult for them.”
The source explained that the couple is still deciding where they will eventually settle together.
They are, however, considering Charleston, South Carolina.
The insider claimed that the southern city would be an ideal middle ground for the two, as Theresa’s son and grandkids currently reside in that area, though a final decision has still not been made at this time.
Despite their physical distance, the source asserted that the Golden Bachelor couple’s romance is still strong.
They revealed to TMZ, “they’re still madly in love and want to make the marriage work.”
The long-distance situation they have going “works for the couple just fine,” according to the outlet.
The pair have been to visit each other several times and they prioritize their days together.
Gerry has visited New Jersey, and Theresa has made plans to visit Indiana in May, the source revealed.
The insider added that “they’re going to get this figured out.”
Gerry proposed to Theresa on November 30, during the finale of the inaugural season of The Golden Bachelor.
In January 2024, the couple said “I do” on live TV with a star-studded audience watching on.
