As previously reported, Steve Burton (Jason Morgan, General Hospital) wed his lady love Michelle Lundstrom back on May 17th in an intimate wedding ceremony, followed by their wedding reception in Laguna Beach, California.
Now, Burton has shared a video wedding album highlight reel, first accompanied by the song, “Beyond the Sea” by Bobby Darin, as the clips set the tone of the day near the pacific ocean. Next, the music dovetails to Forest Blakk’s “Fall Into Me” as the imagery continues – which as Steve explains – was the song that the couple chose that, “fits perfectly with our love and the journey that brought us here.”
Throughout the video, shot by Texas/California wedding filmmaker, Jorge Nunez, it contains moments such as: Michelle walking down the aisle, Steve and Michelle lighting candles together during their wedding ceremony, and a moment where Steve read heartfelt wows to Michelle and more.Steve’s children and close friends, as well as Michelle’s children, friends and family, were also celebrating their union, and could be seen dancing at the wedding reception as were the newlyweds. The bridal parties were also shown and as previously reported, GH’s Jonathan Jackson (Lucky Spencer) was one of Steve’s groomsmen, along with Steve’s on Jack and best man, Jeremy Ross.
In his post, Steve expressed, “Our wedding day was a sacred celebration of love and God’s perfect timing. We’re sharing a glimpse into our beautiful day filled with so much joy and happiness.”
Michelle in her post expressed, “The kind of love they write about in stories. A once-in-a-lifetime, gentle, kind, and deeply true love. I’m so honored and grateful to be his wife. Thank you for the outpouring of love and well wishes. We are feeling so incredibly blessed!
