CBS’s FBI: International just got a brand new cast member and fans of NBC’s One Chicago shows are going to be thrilled with this news!
Chicago P.D. star Jesse Lee Soffer has joined the cast of the show!
Jesse exited the One Chicago universe back in October of 2022.
Now, we’re learning some info about his new role, and you might be surprised!
We know that the FBI shows and the One Chicago dramas actually share a universe after Chicago P.D.‘s Tracy Spiridakos portrayed her PD character Hailey Upton on FBI in a guest starring stint in October 2020.
TV Line is reporting that he will NOT be portraying his Chicago P.D. role, Intelligence Unit member Jay Halstead, on FBI: International. Rather, he’ll be playing an entirely new role on the series. It’s unclear who exactly he’ll be playing, but he’s been cast as a series regular.
Jesse is seemingly filling the shoes of another actor who left FBI: International earlier this year.
