Gordon Ramsay fans are in awe after the celebrity chef’s “so inspiring” physical feat with two members of his family, his wife, Tana Ramsay, and their daughter, Tilly Ramsay.
On Sunday, Oct. 26, the Hell’s Kitchen star took to Instagram with a highlight video of completing an Ironman race in Greece. The 70.3-mile race started with a 1.2-mile swim, followed by a 56-mile bike ride and wrapped up with running a half marathon (13.1 miles).
“We are an IRON Family!” Gordon captioned his update. “An amazing day at @ironman_greece and always knew the Greeks had it right 😉. Thanks to all the athletes and volunteers who made today so great.”
The husband and father of six added, “And @tanaramsay and @tillyramsay I’m so proud of you both, even if you kicked the old man’s butt !! Thx to @nirvana_europe & @ironmaneurope as well.”

In the comments, Goron’s followers showered the MasterChef host with praise, with one Instagram user declaring, “So inspiring ! What an amazing family ❤️👏🙌.”

In addition to Tilly, 23, Gordon and Tana, who have been married since 1996, share five children: two daughters, Megan, 27, and Holly, 25, and three sons, Jack, 23 (Tilly’s twin), Oscar, 6, and Jesse, who turns 2 on Nov 8.
