It’s nearly baby time for the Olsen family!
Eric Christian Olsen, best known for his long-running role as Marty Deeks on NCIS: Los Angeles, and his wife, actress Sarah Wright, are counting down the final moments before welcoming their fourth child — and Sarah just celebrated hitting 41 weeks pregnant with a beachside photo that had everyone, including sister-in-law Daniela Ruah, buzzing.
Over the weekend, Sarah took to Instagram to share an intimate pregnancy update, cheekily captioned as a “bumpdate.” The first shot shows Sarah and Eric on the beach — Sarah glowing as she lifts her belly proudly, while Eric grins with his arm wrapped lovingly around her. In the second snap, Sarah stands solo, her bump front and center, radiating calm and confidence as she awaits her little one’s arrival.
But it was Daniela Ruah’s comment that stole the spotlight:
“Ok at this point you’re just hogging the nugget… come on! We want to meet and snuggle the little one!”
Ruah, who is married to Eric’s brother David Paul Olsen, clearly can’t wait to meet her new niece or nephew — and neither can fans. The comments flooded in with love and well-wishes:
“You guys look amazing. Can’t wait to see pics. Have an easy birth, gorgeous.”
“Ahhh sending so much love beautiful mama!! You got this!”
From Set to Soulmates
Eric and Sarah first crossed paths back in 2006 on the set of the Fox sitcom The Loop. Sparks flew, and by 2012, they were married in a picturesque ceremony in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Now, over a decade later, they’re parents to Wyatt (11), Esme Olivia (8), and Winter Story (4) — with baby #4 on the way any minute now.
In February, the couple revealed they were expecting again — just one month after losing their home to a devastating Los Angeles wildfire. Still, Eric managed to bring light to the moment with humor, sharing a selfie with Sarah’s bump and the caption:
“We timed this little nugget peeeeeerfectly.”
Eric’s Emotional Tribute and Family Bond
It’s been an emotional year for the Olsens. After the wildfire tragedy, Eric posted a heartfelt message thanking friends and family — including Daniela and her husband — for their support.
“I have been perpetually blown away, eyes pooled, tears racing by the kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity of our friends, family and complete strangers,” he wrote.
He shared that Daniela, David, and their children opened their home to six adults, five kids, and three dogs, helping the Olsens through one of the most difficult times of their lives with “effortless grace.”
A Birthday to Remember
Sarah also recently marked Eric’s 48th birthday with a touching tribute:
“Forever and ever and ever holding your hand, watching you with our babies, going on adventures and dancing in any living room as long as it’s with you. Happy 48 to my dream guy.”
